Cancellation Policy

The 7-Day Rule

Cancellations 7+ days out: your deposit transfers once to a new date within 3 months. Under 7 days: the deposit is retained. Same-day cancellation or no-show: the full session is invoiced — the date was reserved for you.

Travel & Venue

Sessions outside the current residency add train/flight + accommodation + per diem, scoped in your 48-hour reply. The venue must provide a lockable, heated room, a model rest area and device storage outside the studio.

Booking flow: inquiry with dates, venue, group size and tier → fit confirmation + venue vetting → countersigned contract → 30% reservation fee. Vetting covers program, faculty, venue and brief.
